The Brief:
Chatime is a well-known bubble tea franchise in Australia. Originated from Taiwan, this franchise has now expanded worldwide and felt the need to standardize their training materials. Chatime employs World Manager to communicate and train their employees and as a part of their package, we agreed to transform their manual training contents into an interesting e-learning materials.
Design Approach:
When the contents arrived, many of the training contents, which includes recipes, were presented in tables and word documents. Personally, the challenge was to transform these existing contents into interesting online training materials. The concept was to transform many of their recipes into a more visualized guide on how to create their products.
