The Brief:
Sprinkles is a famous Cupcakes, Ice Cream and Cookies franchise in the United States. They utilised World Manager as their employee training and communication tool. As part of their package, we offered to turn their non-electronic training material into e-learning training. Sprinkles were very helpful in providing many assets such as logo and images of the cupcakes.
Design Approach:
I decided that it’s imperative that we maintained Sprinkles’ identity throughout the e-learning training. With that in mind, I developed the design using all of the images and assets that Sprinkles have provided to World Manager. Originally, I was planning to make the e-learning to be more interactive, thus the development of the SCORM module seen on the video above.
However, in light of the amount of contents Sprinkles have provided and due to the fact that they may need to alter them later on in the future, it was decided that their contents would be better served by World Manager’s online training tool, ACTIV.
